A concatenation of AwardingSubTierAgencyCode, FAIN, URI, AssistanceListingNumber, and AwardModificationAmendmentNumber with a single underscore ('_') character inserted in between each. If a field is blank, it is recorded as "".

In appropriations accounts, the availability type code identifies an unlimited period to incur new obligations; this is denoted by the letter "X".
